In Dynamics, System Administrator access is needed to install the Marketo Lead Management solution and create the dedicated sync user. The sync user in Dynamics must have read/write access to all entities and fields included in the sync. If your Dynamics org uses field-level security, the sync user's security role must explicitly grant access to every synced field.
