Florin Tatulea is GTM Engineer in Residence at ZoomInfo, the latest stop in a decade of building outbound sales motions from the ground up.
He started as the first sales hire and founding SDR at Loopio in 2015. Over 6.5 years he climbed through Team Lead, Senior Account Executive (100+ deals closed, including Square, McDonald's, Databricks, and Grammarly), Manager, and Senior Manager of Sales Development, helping take revenue up 65x before Loopio's private equity acquisition.
He then built SDR functions from scratch at Plato (acquired by Coda) and Barley (acquired by Workleap), and ran Sales Development at Common Room as a functional and second-line leader. In under two years there, Florin 4x'd ARR and the SDR team, sourced seven figures in outbound revenue, and 20x'd monthly outbound pipeline, building the engine from scratch with AI agents as its brain.
