Scenario 

This is an opportunity to leverage new product functionality when it becomes available. Everyone likes to know when they have more capacity. Send feature release communications to three high-level groups: 

  1. Customers who already provisioned the new feature 
  2. Existing customers who don’t have the feature 
  3. New prospects 

If companies are releasing multiple features each week, it’s better to roll all updates into a single communication, such as a newsletter.
