At ZoomInfo, we’re constantly working behind the scenes to improve our product so that you can continue to grow your business. With every update, we prioritize helping you understand each new feature and how it can be of use to you and your team. That’s why we’re introducing “What’s New at ZoomInfo,” a quick monthly overview of the latest and greatest updates across the ZoomInfo platform.
In this short video, our product content lead, Emily Dumas, covers new features and optimizations for ZoomInfo for Sales, Engage, and Recruiter. She shows you how to use these features to streamline your prospecting and candidate sourcing. Watch the video below, and read on for a summary of these updates.
We’ve introduced a new feature called Buying Committee to our ZoomInfo for Sales platform. This feature allows you to filter lists by specific personas, such as exact job title or a combination of department, job function, and management level. Now you can narrow down your search to reach a specific new target market or expand your prospect list.
Buying Committee allows you to quickly find all your deal stakeholders at once, so you can focus on the contacts that matter most. With this feature, you’ll be able to:
- Identify up to eight different custom decision-makers to add to as members of your Buying Committee.
- Filter searches to show only contacts that match your custom Buying Committee preferences.
- Export Buying Committee members to your CRM, MAP, or other integrated tool.
Our ZoomInfo Engage update makes contacting prospects easier than ever, to keep you focused on selling. To optimize your communication and better reach your target audience, we’ve created a library of over 30 pre-built email templates that users can duplicate and customize.
These templates are built with smart variables that allow you to tailor your message to make each email feel personal — without requiring a heavy lift from your sales team. Simply fill in specifics about your organization, products, and services, and you’re ready to connect with your prospects.
Additionally, the email templates are categorized by goal. You can quickly sort through them to find exactly what you need. So whether you want to create an event follow-up message or connect with an inbound lead, we’ve got you covered.
These email templates have been crafted with the expertise of ZoomInfo’s go-to-market team to give your sales team more time for selling. Whether they’re prospecting or reaching out as a last-ditch effort, your sales team can do so effortlessly with ZoomInfo Engage.
More than 75% of job seekers and employees report that a diverse workforce is an important factor when evaluating companies and job offers. It’s important that your company prioritizes diverse recruiting — and ZoomInfo can help.
ZoomInfo Recruiter has expanded the Diversity and Inclusion filters to help recruiters broaden their talent pipeline and create a more equitable recruitment process. You now have the ability to highlight Latin, Asian-American, and African-American candidates, along with women and veteran applicants.
With this feature, you can ensure that you’re sourcing a diverse group of candidates for your talent pipeline from the moment you begin your search.
That’s a wrap on our latest updates. We hope these new features help you hit your number.
